Shipping
What is the status of my order?
To check the status of your order visit the order confirmation page that was sent to your email or phone number after checkout. If you have ShopApp you can track your order status there too.
How long does it take to get my order?
Most orders are received in 3-5 business days. See the UPS shipping map above for more specific shipping times.
Do I need to be there to sign for it?
Signature is required for orders over $5,000. For security/privacy concerns, we're happy to ship directly to a local UPS store near you!
Who will be delivering my order?
We ship orders from our warehouse using UPS Ground, unless expedited shipping options are purchased. If an item is coming Factory Direct, we have little control over which carrier they choose to use but will request they ship discreetly!
Do you ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses?
At this time, we do not ship to post office boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We only ship international orders to Canada.
Who is responsible for duty/taxes on international shipments?
The customer is responsible for paying duty and taxes. You can complete these payments using your tracking number at UPS.com.
What happens if my package gets lost?
All items purchased from Happy Hydro are made under a shipment contract, meaning the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. With that said, we're in the business of making happy customers, and we will work overtime to resolve issues with carriers.
What are the shipping conditions that apply to Factory Direct Items?
- Processing times may vary depending on the supplier.
- These items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- They'll choose which parcel carrier to use, shipping map may not be accurate.
- We will request they use plain box shipping.
- Please reach out if any expectations are unclear or if you have any questions!

How can I pay?
You can pay at checkout with your credit card, debit card, PayPal, Coinbase, or Happy Hydro gift card.
When will I be charged?
Your payment method is charged immediately upon checkout.
Why is my payment method not working?
Double-check to make sure you've entered the billing address and card number correctly. Some credit and debit cards have daily spending limits. If you're making a large purchase, be sure to call your bank to let them know ahead of time.
What information do I need at checkout?
Our checkout is easy, fast, and secure. Enter your shipping address and payment method to place your order!
Promotions
I’ve received a promo code. How do I apply it?
At checkout, simply type the code into the box that says “Promo code” and click “Apply.” Promo codes can only be used once.
How can I get in on a promotional offer?
If you’d like to receive additional discounts on your Happy Hydro purchases, subscribe to our mailing list.
Can I use multiple promo codes?
Promo codes can only be used once. However, a gift card and a promo code can be used together.
Returns
How do I request a return or replacement?
Our return policy is simple and worry-free. If you’re not satisfied with your gardening supplies for any reason, you can return them within 30 days for free and we will refund you or replace them. Any vendor specific return policies will be listed on the product pages and those items will not adhere to this policy. Send an email to help@happyhydro.com to begin the return process.
Returns must be in original packaging with all parts and in new resalable condition.
Happy Hydro does not take title to returned items until they are received back at our warehouse, at that time we will issue a refund.
"Ships from vendor" or "Ships from [brand]" items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please reach out to our customer service team to begin the return process.
Multi-light orders, grow tent kits, orders over $500, and multiple box shipments are subject to return shipping charges.
Buyers from AK, HI, or outside of the USA are responsible for return shipping fees and shipping fees for warranty replacements.
What is the status of my refund?
Our payment processor, Shopify, processes refunds within 10 days. Most customers receive their refunds within five days.
How do I cancel or change my order?
To cancel or change your order, reply to the order confirmation email you received or email help@happyhydro.com.
Factory Direct items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please reach out to our customer service team to begin the return process.
