CMH & LEC Lights

Ceramic metal halide (CMH) and light emitting ceramic (LEC) are the same thing - with different acronyms. They are high intensity discharge lights similar to HPS and MH fixtures. They have more of a full spectrum and can be used throughout the whole grow phase whereas you would use a MH light in veg and an HPS light in bloom if you went that route. Some say CMH fixtures produce more yields with less wattage than HPS/MH but it is a debatable topic and dependent on many other factors.
