Shipping
What is the status of my order?
Visit the order confirmation page sent to your email or phone after checkout. If you have the Shop App, you can track it there, too.
How long does it take to get my order?
Most orders arrive in 3–5 business days.
Do I need to be there to sign for it?
Signature required only for orders over $500. For privacy, we can ship to your local UPS store.
Who will be delivering my order?
We use UPS Ground or USPS unless you select an expedited option.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO, or international addresses?
Small/lightweight items → P.O. boxes.
APO/FPO → not at this time.
International → Canada only.
Who is responsible for duty/taxes on international shipments?
You are—complete payments using your tracking number at UPS.com.
What happens if my package gets lost?
Title and risk pass to you once we deliver to the carrier. That said, we’ll work overtime to sort it out.

How can I pay?
Credit/debit card, PayPal, Coinbase, or Happy Hydro gift card.
When will I be charged?
Immediately upon checkout.
Why is my payment method not working?
Check billing address and card number. Large purchases may hit daily limits—call your bank to authorize.

Promotions
I’ve received a promo code. How do I apply it?
Enter it in the “Promo code” box at checkout and click “Apply.”
How can I get in on a promotional offer?

Can I use multiple promo codes?
No—one code per order. You can combine a gift card with a promo code, though.
Returns
How do I request a return or replacement?
Return within 30 days for free—refund or replacement. Vendor-specific policies override this; see the product page. Email help@happyhydro.com to start.
Returns must be in original packaging, all parts, resalable condition. Title transfers back to us upon receipt.
Multi-light orders, tents, orders over $500, and multi-box shipments may incur return shipping charges.
AK, HI, and international buyers cover return/warranty shipping.
What is the status of my refund?
Shopify processes refunds within 10 days; most customers see it in 5 days.
How do I cancel or change my order?
Reply to your order confirmation email or email help@happyhydro.com.
Canceled orders may incur the following fees:
2.9% for credit card payments
3.5% for PayPal or Venmo payments
4.0% for international PayPal transactions
4.1% for American Express payments
6.5% for orders paid via Shop Pay Installments or PayTomorrow
Is there a restocking fee or return shipping charge?
Generally no—except:
