Q. How many pots will 1 bag of Sohum Soil fill?
A. One bag fills approx. two 5-gallon pots with a little extra to spare

Q. Is Sohum Considered Super Soil?
A. The short answer is yes, it contains everything you need to just add water. The long answer is; this term was coined by a well-known grower and breeder named Subcool to reference his specific method and recipe. Although Sohum does the same thing, it's not his exact recipe.

Q. What is the pH level for Sohum Living Soil?
A. Sohum Soil is pH balanced at 6.0, and you should water it with water between 6.0 and 6.5 - which is common for most water.

Q, Can I start seeds & clones in Sohum Soil?
A. It's not recommended. Use seed-starting soil initially and Sohum once the roots are developed. Many do this by pouring Sohum into their pot and pressing a smaller pot inside to create a void where they add seed-starting soil. Seeds or clones' early roots are small and sensitive and need a little time before reaching the Sohum.

Q. How long does super soil last?
A. In general, 7 gallons of Sohum Soil will have all of the nutrients necessary from start to finish for a 3-foot plant grown indoors. After each crop, you can re-amend your soil to use it again. Consider top dressing in mid-bloom with an OMRI organic amendment like Gaia Green for larger plants in smaller pots or longer growing cycles.

Q. How should I store my organic living soil?
A. In a cool, dry place that has sufficient airflow. You will notice the bags are perforated for that reason.
