Grow Recipes

Once the Niwa app is up and running, growers can either pick one of the existing Niwa grow recipes or create one themselves. It is at this step, when creating a grow recipe, growers can begin to customize the ideal environment they’re seeking and the different schedules wanted for their plants. Settings such as temperature, humidity, watering, fan and light schedules are all completely customizable, so growers have the optimum control over their plants.

Alarms and Notifications

Having alarms and notifications will allow growers to determine the temperature and humidity thresholds important for them and alert growers when their lamp is performing poorly and also for when one of the sensors is having an issue.

Upgrade your Niwa Grow Hub+ with our CO2 Sensor, designed to seamlessly integrate with your system. This add-on allows you to monitor CO2 levels along with all your existing environmental data like VPD, temperature, humidity, and more. Simply replace your current sensor module with the CO2 sensor to enhance your grow environment. Note: This sensor requires a Grow Hub+ and does not function as a standalone unit.

What is the status of my order?
Visit the order confirmation page sent to your email or phone after checkout. If you have the Shop App, you can track it there, too.

How long does it take to get my order?
Most orders arrive in 3–5 business days.

Do I need to be there to sign for it?
Signature required only for orders over $500. For privacy, we can ship to your local UPS store.

Who will be delivering my order?
We use UPS Ground or USPS unless you select an expedited option. 

Do you ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO, or international addresses?
Small/lightweight items → P.O. boxes.
APO/FPO → not at this time.
International → Canada only.

Who is responsible for duty/taxes on international shipments?
You are—complete payments using your tracking number at UPS.com.

What happens if my package gets lost?
Title and risk pass to you once we deliver to the carrier. That said, we’ll work overtime to sort it out.

Multi-light orders, tents, orders over $500, and multi-box shipments may incur return shipping charges.
